2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
2 eggs, separated
1¼ cup milk
6 tablespoons melted butter
 | Mix flour, salt and baking powder. |
| In separate bowl, combine egg yolks, milk and butter. |
| Add flour mixture gradually. |
| Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. |
| Cook in waffle iron. Makes 6 waffles. |
