1 c. margarine
1 egg
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. applesauce
1 c. pecans
1 c. raisins
3 c. flour
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg
1 t. soda
1 T. vanilla
 | Cream butter and sugar. Add egg. Add applesauce, then remaining ingredients. Beat well. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours in angel food cake pan. Invert for ten minutes, then remove from pan to cool completely. |
