1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 T. flour
1/4 c. melted margarine or butter
5 eggs, beaten
1 1/3 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup molasses
1 1/2 teas. vanilla
2 1/2 cup pecan pieces
| Mix sugar, flour, butter and eggs in a bowl. Add syrup, molasses and vanilla until
smooth. Place pecan pieces in bottom of unbaked pie shell (they will rise to the top), add
the liquid mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes. | |
| A dip of good vanilla ice cream is great with this!!!!!!! |
